摘要

笔者基于2012年雇员雇主匹配数据,以工会企业中工会会员和非工会会员为研究对象,分别采用普通最小二乘法、克服异方差的加权最小二乘法、克服选择性偏差的逆米尔斯比率加权最小二乘法,回归估计工会会员和非工会会员的工资方程,并在此基础上进行Blinder-Oaxaca分解,系统研究了工会会员效应下的工资溢价问题。研究发现,虽然工会身份对工资没有产生显著性差异影响,但工会通过劳动合同、集体合同等严格执法手段保护了雇员的劳动收入,提高了会员的谈判能力,解决了局部劳动力市场失灵,并减少了会员性别工资歧视的程度。在此基础上,为进一步加强工会经济功能建设,有针对性地提出了几点政策性建议。

Abstract

The paper attempts to analyze Chinese union membership effect on the wage gap using Ordinary Least Squares, Weighted Least Squares method to overcome the heteroscedasticity, Weighted Least Square method and Inverse Mills ratio to overcome the selection bias combining the method of Blinder—Oaxaca based on Employees and Employer Matching Data in 2012.The results show that under the union's membership effect, union status have no significant impact on wage; labor unions can effectively protect employees' labor income through strict law enforcement methods, which also can improve the negotiation ability of members, effectively solve local labor market failure, and reduce the members' gender wage discrimination. In order to further strengthen the construction of economic function of trade unions, some policy recommendations are proposed.
