如今因国际化经营可以给企业带来丰厚的海外利益而成为许多跨国企业的发展选择。作为衡量企业国际化水平的指标，企业的国际化指数TNI高低反映了其海外经营能力高低、海外利益获取大小和整体竞争能力的强弱。分析最新UNCTAD全球跨国企业海外资产和TNI的排序资料发现，东西方诸多行业的跨国企业的TNI居高不下，呈现出很高的国际化程度，而中国跨国企业的TNI目前还比较低，企业的海外资产比率和海外雇员比率很小，整体国际竞争能力偏弱。为此，中国企业应该转变思想观念，大力推进本土化战略，着力增强自主创新能力，加速提高国际化管理水平。

As a measure of the level of internationalization of enterprise, internationalization index TNI reflects the enterprise’ overseas business ability, overseas interests acquisition size and overall competitive ability. Analysis of sorting data of the latest UNCTAD global multinational enterprises overseas assets and the discovery of TNIs: In the East and West, the TNIs of many multinational enterprises are high, showing a very high degree of internationalization. But China transnational enterprises’ TNIs are still relatively low, enterprises overseas assets ratio and overseas employees ratio are very small, showing weak overall international competition ability. Therefore, Chinese enterprises should change ideas, and vigorously promote the localization strategy, strengthen the ability of independent innovation, accelerate internationalization management level.
