本文运用灰色关联度方法研究韩国对湖北省投资的影响因素。当笔者按投资类型、投资规模、投资目的和投资方式来比较分析市场因素、成本因素、制度因素、教育因素、产业聚集、基础设施等影响要因时，发现产业聚集因素、制度因素和基础设施因素是决定韩国对湖北省投资的主要影响因素，而产业聚集因素对各种投资的综合关联度最大，说明产业聚集因素是韩国对湖北省投资的最重要影响因素。但以上三种因素在全国的总体样本上其关联度不高。

In this paper，we use Grey Correlation Method to analyze the influence factors of South Korean investment in Hubei province. When we comparative analysis Market factors，cost factor，system factor，education factors，industrial cluster，infrastructure etc according to investment types， investment scale，investment purpose and investment ways，we can find that industry agglomeration factor，system factor and infrastructure factor are main factors deciding the level of South Korean investment in Hubei province. However，industry agglomeration factor has the maximum comprehensive correlation degree to all sorts of investment，which means that industry agglomeration factor is the most important factor influencing the level of South Korean investment in Hubei province. But this three factors，located on the national overall sample，are insignificance on the correlation degree.
