本文通过梳理国外文献，基于社会资本视角分析了家族涉入对创业企业债务融资的影响机制，阐述了家族涉入对企业融资的双重影响，分析了社会资本对家族企业融资的影响，探讨了家族社会资本转化为企业社会资本的途径，得出了家族涉入通过社会资本影响企业债务融资的渠道。最后，提出了未来的研究方向。

Based on social capital perspective，the paper generalizes foreign literature and analysis the impact of family involvement on the debt financing mechanisms of entrepreneurial enterprises. The paper describes the double impact of family involvement on enterprise financing，analysis the impact of social capital to financing of family business，investigates the way from family social capital to enterprise social capital，and draws the channels that family involvement affects enterprise debt financing through social capital. Finally，the paper proposes a direction for future research.
