摘要

平台劳动者“逆算法行为”有其自身形成及演化机制。笔者基于羊群效应理论和社会学习理论,构建了平台劳动者“逆算法行为”演化博弈模型,利用数值仿真分析方法对“逆算法行为”的形成及其演化进行了数值仿真实验。实验结果证实:羊群效应在平台劳动者“逆算法行为”及其影响因素之间发挥中介作用;平台劳动者生理与心理收益水平的提高正向影响“逆算法行为”的发生;增强平台惩罚力度不能有效抑制平台劳动者“逆算法行为”;提高负外部性水平能够正向影响平台劳动者“逆算法行为”的出现。本研究尝试性地将羊群效应理论和社会学习理论拓展到平台劳动者“逆算法行为”形成及其演化博弈模型的数值仿真实验中,揭示了“羊群效应”下平台劳动者“逆算法行为”形成及其演化机制,丰富了有关“逆算法行为”学术探究方面的相关文献,研究结论可以为平台有效防治“逆算法行为”提供理论依据。

Abstract

The anti-algorithmic behaviour of platform workers has its own formation and evolution mechanism. Based on the herd effect theory and social learning theory, this article constructs a game model for the evolution of anti-algorithmic behaviour of platform workers, and analyses the formation and evolution mechanism of anti-algorithmic behaviour by using numerical simulation analysis.The experimental results confirm that the herd effect act as an intermediary between the formation of anti-algorithmic behaviour and its various influencing variables;the physical and psychological benefits of platform workers can be reduced to effectively inhibit the emergence of anti-algorithmic behavior;the increased punishment of the platform does not act as a deterrent to inhibit effectively the emergence of anti-algorithmic behavior, whilethe negative externality can positively influence the emergence of anti-algorithmic behaviour of platform workers.The study attempts to expand the application boundaries of herd effect and social learning theory, and applies them to the numerical simulation experiment of the formation and evolution game model of platform workers' anti-algorithmic behavior, revealing the formation and evolution mechanism of anti-algorithmic behavior under the herd effect.This study enriches the relevant literature of anti-algorithmic behavior, and the conclusion can provide a theoretical basis for digital platform to effectively prevent and mitigate the negative effects caused by anti-algorithmic behavior.
