In recent years，the rapid development of China's overseas investment，achieved remarkable results of improve environmental protection and carrying out social responsibility in the host country，and win the high praise from the host country and the international community，has become an important way for Chinese enterprises“going out” strategy，but also there were some questions ，example the absence of effective communication，lack of professional experience and governance capacity ，these effected its sustainable development.
