With the global ecological deterioration of the environment, the research on enterprise environmental behavior is the focus of scholars, which involves many research topics and complex hierarchical relationship. In order to sort out the theoretical contexts and evolution logic from the literatures, this paper cards the research achievements of enterprise environment behavior from the view of environmental liability, economics, organization and management, enterprise strategy and dynamic evolution, and makes a brief comment.
