Abstract

capital as an economic category, its existence to the socio-economic conditions for the transfer. Of the existing socio-economic conditions of existence of capital - the separation of social production, production and labor, enterprise system. Under the conditions of the socialist market economy, the essential attribute of the capital are still able to bring the value of the value added. The residual value of the capital accompanied by Health (also known as surplus product) is also found in our economic lives. The difference is due to the presence of various economic components belong to different owners. Expounded by Marx in "Das Kapital" capital general law of motion, including the theory of the circulation of capital and capital turnover, total capital reproduction theory, the theory of capital accumulation and concentration of capital theory, still has important guiding significance to our socialist economic construction.
